10. Coach Obligations Regarding AI-Generated Content

Coaches and instructors using TapT bear sole professional and legal responsibility for reviewing, evaluating, and validating all AI-generated content — including but not limited to training programs, workout plans, exercise recommendations, and meal plans — before assigning such content to students or clients.

AI-generated outputs are provided exclusively as decision-support tools. They do not constitute professional, medical, or nutritional advice and must not be assigned to any individual without prior independent human review and the exercise of qualified professional judgment by the coach.

By assigning any AI-generated plan, recommendation, or program to a student or client, the coach expressly acknowledges and accepts full professional and legal responsibility for the suitability, accuracy, safety, and appropriateness of that content for the specific individual, including their health status, physical condition, dietary requirements, and any known contraindications.

Coaches are specifically obligated to:

  • Review all AI-generated training plans, meal plans, and recommendations in their entirety before assignment
  • Modify, correct, or replace any AI-generated content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, unsafe, or unsuitable for the student's individual needs, health conditions, fitness level, or physical limitations
  • Apply independent professional judgment and expertise when evaluating, adapting, or rejecting AI-generated suggestions
  • Ensure that all assigned content complies with applicable professional, medical, nutritional, and safety standards
  • Inform students of the AI-assisted nature of the tools used and obtain any necessary disclosures or consents

TapT shall bear no liability whatsoever for any harm, injury, adverse health outcomes, dietary harm, or other damages of any kind arising from a coach's failure to adequately review, validate, modify, or exercise professional judgment over AI-generated content prior to its assignment to a student or client.
